A few weekends ago, Andy took Bella kayaking on the river for the first time. I was petrified but he assured me the water would be much more shallow that the lake. It was, in fact, shallow enough for Bella to stand up in most areas! They saw a blue heron, turtles, and sturgeon on their journey. After about 2 1/2 hours, Benjamin, the dogs, and I picked them up at the Heritage Trail. Ben jumped in front and they took a short ride to where the car was parked, about a mile downstream. When do I get my turn?
