Has anyone else noticed the influx of Monarch butterflies the past week? Throughout the summer, we have many Tiger Swallowtails, Spicebush Swallowtails, & Painted Ladies frequenting our butterfly bushes. The presence of the Monarchs caught my attention last weekend and I just can't stop searching!

Aren't they beautiful?!? They've left up here in Annapolis and must be on their migration South. My butterfly bushes are about at the end of their flowering and only a few tiny white and blue butterflies are still around. The pictures are great!

No butterflies on this end of the street, probably due to the lack of vegetation! You should see our side YARD now! I need your green thumb!
