Ben has decided he's ready for potty training. He actually decided he wanted to peepee on the potty often the past few weeks, but without the use of a washing machine for 1 month, there was NO WAY I was dealing with peepee and poopoo underpants. We are having much success wearing our big boy underpants! He's even pooped on the potty the past two days! Of course he always has to go during a meal. Saturday night he declared, "Poopy on the potty!" during dinner. I rushed him over to the potty and set him up for success. We did our usual little songs, rhymes, etc... when he reaches over and grabs my nose saying, "Hold ya nose, Mommy!" before struggling out his first official (unforced) potty poop! His repeat performance took place at lunch on Sunday, again with a courteous "Hold ya nose" included. What a thoughtful boy we are raising. :)
