Lucy is feeling much better now, having had the broken tooth extracted. It had perforated the nasal cavity after breaking through the jawbone. Luckily the only part of the jaw that was fractured was the part surrounding that tooth. The doctor had to create a little flap of skin to separate the nasal cavity from the mouth so we need to be really careful with her the next few days. She wants to chew and play so badly! She keeps bringing us her toys wanting to tug and wrestle! No swimming this weekend either, poor thing! Is this the most expensive 6 month old puppy ever to exist? It sure feels that way today! Good thing she's such a good girl.
